Sorrow
Pain so sharp It takes your breath away, The mind wonders how It can face another day.
Tears tumble down Seemingly without end, How can your broken heart Ever begin to mend?
Your soul has been shattered, Into nothing but dust, So many golden dreams Now just rust.
Eyes pools of sorrow, Despair etched upon your face, Laughter was just a dream, Belonging to another time, another place.
