Stone Mountain
Voices in the wind Seem to echo around, Stone Mountain, With their haunting sound.
Tears and laughter Echo too, And pine trees dance Against a cloudless sky of blue.
Hot nights of passion, Secrets to keep, Love on Stone Mountain Is endless and deep.
Babies are born, Old men die, And the wind whispers Like an old woman’s sigh.
Sorrows run high, sorrows run deep, Some sorrows are just too much for a single soul to keep. Listen to the wind, Even it can’t help but weep.
Seasons come, Years, unnoticed, pass by, Endless days end, With a regretful sigh.
Summer becomes winter, Then summer again, For Stone Mountain knows, No beginning, no end.
