Tears Rained Down
Tears rained down From the broken sky, Mixing with those From his own eye. The silence was shattered By the sound of his final cry, Carried within the wind Soon it was just a soft sigh.
Tears rained down From the broken sky, Mixing with those From her own eye. His empty chair still stands, Next to her own, Sleeping with his pillow Helps her to feel not so alone.
Tears rained down From the broken sky, Mixing with those From their own eye. Brothers in blue Just can’t say that final goodbye, And the silence is shattered By their angry cries of why?
